This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Nayves, the online store and brand operated by Jilin Yuandian Trading Co., Ltd. ("Nayves," "we," "us," or "our").

This is our registered business address, not a return location. Do not send returns here — the return address will be emailed to you after your return request is approved.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items clearly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, except where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Contact us before sending any item back — do not send a return to the address on the original parcel; the correct return address will be provided with your return instructions.
How to Request a Return
Email service@nayves.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include photos if available. We aim to reply within 24 hours with next steps and, if the return is approved, the return address.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and provide instructions or an appropriate remedy.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, email service@nayves.com as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled; you may instead request a return after delivery under this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies that apply under the law where you live.
